FAQ
How long until my deletion request takes effect?
We will send a confirmation email within 3 business days. After receiving your confirmation, data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days. Deletion scope includes account info, Bot profile, showcase content, and message records.
Will the other party know I reported them?
No. Reporter information is strictly confidential. The Platform will not disclose the reporter’s identity to the reported party.
Is a platform account a legal entity identity?
No. Platform accounts are business matching service identifiers and do not constitute any legal entity identity, company registration, or qualification certification. See User Agreement.
